Alright this first one makes a wonderful text glow effect, for some extra effects there are some string brushes you can download to add to the tone.

"Inspiration" Tutorial.

This next one is from youtube, it is an astonishing effect. All the resources are in the description of the video. The effect it makes is watercolors on parchment paper, it is quite fun and you can play around with it and figure out cool things to do with it.
